To request a refund:
1. Email lumibodysupport@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery
2. Include your order number
3. We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days

We also accept returns for damaged or incorrect items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
